Pre-launch release: checkout, payments, payouts and external email are disabled. Use designated test accounts and synthetic documents only. These pages explain this release; they do not announce a public launch.
Platform transaction and listing fees
The launch transaction-fee schedule and normal listing-fee schedule require final approval. This release does not apply an approved buyer or seller commission schedule. Do not interpret that as a promise of fee-free purchases or listings at launch. Checkout and payments are disabled; no purchase can be completed here.
An enabled checkout must show the applicable charges and total before you commit. Historical planning percentages are not current prices for this release.
New-seller introductory benefit
No new-seller transaction-fee credit benefit is implemented in this release. Registration or KYC approval does not grant a usable fee waiver. Eligibility, qualifying transactions and refund treatment must be settled before a benefit can be offered.
Promotions
USD $1.00 / 24 hours per listing
This is the existing fixed Promotions package. Preparing a campaign is not a payment. Paid activation and renewal are disabled, and no payment or wallet debit is made by a campaign request. A future enabled campaign must remain eligible and clearly labeled Promoted; placement does not guarantee views or sales.
Payment, wallet, payout and currency-conversion costs
Payment-processing, wallet top-up, payout and foreign-exchange charges are not configured for an enabled provider in this release. No provider-dependent rate, payout minimum or payment-processing percentage is quoted here. Payouts are disabled. Any future charges, supported currencies and payout limits must be disclosed before the relevant action is enabled.
