Prohibited & Restricted Items
Review banned digital goods, restricted launch categories, lawful sourcing requirements and off-platform transaction rules.
Pre-launch release: checkout, payments, payouts and external email are disabled. Use designated test accounts and synthetic documents only. These pages explain this release; they do not announce a public launch.
Products that must not be listed
Do not list, sell or use Crakey to distribute any of the following:
- Stolen or fraudulently obtained gift cards, keys, digital goods, compromised accounts or stolen credentials.
- Counterfeit products, hacked or cracked software, malware, ransomware, phishing tools, account-takeover or other fraud tools.
- Identity documents, illegally obtained personal or financial information, financial/payment accounts and money-laundering or cash-out products.
- Illegal drugs, weapons, illegal goods or services, goods obtained through chargeback fraud and products whose sale is prohibited by applicable law.
Excluded at launch
Game accounts, adult sexual content, gambling products and cryptocurrency or crypto-account products are excluded. Cheats, hacks or bots that violate publisher/platform rules are prohibited. Physical products and services are outside this digital-goods release.
Allowed categories still have restrictions
A catalog category does not authorize every item within it. You must have lawful ownership or distribution rights, follow publisher/platform restrictions and disclose region, activation and expiration limits. Approval of one listing does not approve another. Staff moderation can reject or pause noncompliant listings; this is not a claim that an automated scanner detects every prohibited item.
Marketplace conduct
Do not fabricate discounts or reviews, publish duplicate spam listings, share private codes publicly, or use listings/messages to redirect payments off-platform. Do not use another person’s identity or forged documents to pass verification.
